During the period 15th June 18th June 2022 Students Media World Association a project partner of “VIRTUAL AND MOBILE MUSEUM OF BIODIVERSITY” (Mobile Biodiversity), Subsidy contract № B2.6d.10/20.05.2019, financed by Cooperation Programme “INTERREG V-A Greece – Bulgaria” 2014 – 2020, organized several trainings and lectures of children on the mobile biodiversity.

Biodiversity lectures developed under the project were presented to the children in the following cities: Kresna, on 15th June, Goce Delchev, on 17th June, Bansko and Razlog, on 18th June. Besides lectures, the children visited the mobile biodiversity facilities, such as a mobile training center and mobile biodiversity exhibition center. The virtual museum on biodiversity, its application and biodiversity game were also presented to kids. Info packages and brochures on biodiversity, specifically created for the project were given to kids, as well as project hats, t-shirts, Eco-souvenirs, bags, etc. The collected rich database on the species and habitats typical for the CB region that was presented to the audience aims to increase knowledge on environmental protection and building ecological self-awareness. The attractive learning opportunities for different age groups, especially children and youth set base for environmental conscience and interests in that area.
